REA Grimes would like to assure our clients that while ensuring compliance with Level 5 restrictions now in operation, we are still very much open for business. While under the guidelines our four offices are closed to the public, we would emphasise that our staff are working behind the scenes to continue to go above and beyond for our clients in these challenging times.
We have strict protocols in place for viewings for new developments, residential and commercial sales and lettings. Those attending viewings must adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines which include cancellation of viewings if any person or persons displays any of the associated symptoms. Social distancing measures and the wearing of masks are also requirements that we insist upon. For their part, our staff are fully aware of the steps that must be taken prior to viewing including sanitisation of any touchpoints.
We must all play our part in keeping those we are in contact with safe during the course of our business and we will emerge into a brighter and better future in 2021.
