Who We Are
As experts in property since 1971, Grimes is a proud family-led company that provides an excellent service to every client, always operating with honesty, integrity and dependability. Our generations of experience give us the edge in knowing what our clients need, whether you’re a first-time buyer or seller, an investor or a property developer.
Our story began in 1971, when Paul Grimes & Associates Ltd was established in Ashbourne. We have since expanded to include branches in Skerries, 34 Pembroke Street Lower in Dublin 2 and Clontarf. From a solid family background steeped in the property business Grimes have now assembled a team of some of the most talented and experienced people in each of our four branches, all of whom have an in-depth knowledge of the South County (East) Meath / North County Dublin/Dublin City property markets.

Linda has over 13 years operations and office management experience. She has been involved in the property industry since 2014 with experience and expertise in both residential and commercial sales. Linda oversees the busy daily operations of the Clontarf office while offering senior support to management and sales negotiators.
30 years property experience Valerie looks after Compliance and all administration and systems for residential and commercial sales, residential lettings and property management.

Louise has 16 years experience in the property industry. Louise looks after New Homes and Second hand sales as well as lettings and property management.
Carla has over 18 years office administration experience working with a range of well known Irish and International companies. Carla’s portfolio includes 6 years working within the property sector.

24 years’ commercial, investment and residential property experience. Previously worked in London and AIB Private Banking. Siobhán deals with commercial aspects, portfolio sales of the business and New Homes schemes
10 years’ experience in the property industry, Sarah joined REA GRIMES in 2017 and looks after Lettings and Property Management and New Homes sales on a daily basis.
With almost 20 years experience in all aspects of Residential Sales, Lettings & Property Management, Elaine comes to REA Grimes Ashbourne with a wealth of knowledge & an intrinsic understanding of the industry.

Paula has 25 years experience in customer service. She has been involved in the property industry since 2007 in an office management role.
